Why did we change domains?

Earlier this year, we experienced an unexpected suspension by our previous registrar. This was not due to any customer complaints or legal action. It was related to broad policy changes affecting the sale of certain products, even though we responded promptly to all concerns raised.

Unfortunately, once suspended, the registrar permanently locked the domain and blocked any transfers, leaving us with no choice but to migrate to a new domain.

Good news: We have since regained control of pedshop.com, which now redirects to our primary domain.

• All customer data and order history remain safe and secure.
• Both official domains are now fully operational.

Why are some popular products out of stock?

If you've been following the industry, you may have heard: China, the global source for most AAS raw materials, is currently experiencing major disruptions.

As of now:

• Many factories that produce AAS are closed, under audit, or on lockdown.
• These are regulatory inspections focused on raw material production.
• This has affected every major underground lab (UGL) and pharmaceutical source globally.

We are still waiting on confirmation from our suppliers that production has resumed and materials are cleared for export. We expect things to begin returning to normal by October, but delays are possible.
